  • Increase the percentage of low socioeconomic, minority, and individualized plan students achieving science proficiency in grades 5, 8 and 11.


The FOCUS of Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency is to systemically address improved teaching and learning through literacy, numeracy, student engagement, and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS).  The focus areas represent specific evidenced-based content and instructional strategies/interventions to reduce the low socioeconomic, minority, and IEP student subgroup achievement gaps.
