The essential functions of this job are:
1. Assist all internal and external customers
s with media resource(s) scheduling, production services, and/or media tours.
2. Operate the media management, online catalog systems, and production equipment. Execute reports, system updates, library and user records, circulation, and provide technical support. Prepare non-media materials for distribution.
3. Attend meetings and workshops to learn new information and skills to assist internal and external customers.
4. Maintain good customer service with internal and external customers.
The requirements are:
A. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
B. Basic Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills
Work independently or with a team
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Computer proficiency and office machine knowledge
Physical endurance capability
C. Experience Prefer one or two years experience working with team members
Computer skills necessary
