Case managers help to obtain funding and services for adults with mental retardation, developmental disabilities and chronic mental illness as well as children with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Case managers assess, coordinate services, refer individuals to services and monitor services.

Long term and transitional residential treatment for developmentally or emotionally disabled individuals over 16 years of age. Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). Vocational services include sheltered work, supported employment, home health services, supported community living and respite services.
