Deaf / Hard of Hearing Day 2025 is in the books at Mississippi Bend AEA!
Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, families, teachers, interpreters, and staff came together for a day filled with hands-on activities, creativity, learning, and connection. From early learners to older students, the day provided opportunities to build community, celebrate accessibility, and simply enjoy being together in a space designed with communication and inclusion at the center.
Events like this highlight the power of partnership and the importance of creating environments where every learner belongs.

🎁 MBAEA GivesBack: Toys for Tots Donation Drive 🎁
Thanks to the generosity of our incredible MBAEA staff, we were able to donate a huge collection of toys to the Toys for Tots program this holiday season!
Their kindness will help bring joy to children across our region, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
In addition to the toys collected, MBAEA GivesBack also made a $500 donation to Scott for Tots in the Clinton area to further support families during the holidays.
Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make a meaningful impact for kids in our communities! 💙
